1. 🚚 Shipping Information

We ship all orders through DHL Express for reliable and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

2. 📹 No Returns Without Proof

Due to the sensitive nature of our products (herbal supplements related to male performance), we do not accept returns unless there is a genuine issue supported by valid evidence.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).
• Submit the video and complaint to support@herbal-manpower.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

❗ Returns without video proof from unboxing time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. ❌ Change of Mind

No returns or refunds are provided for change of mind, personal preference, or lack of results. All sales are final.

Once your return claim is reviewed and approved based on the video evidence, we will initiate a refund (excluding shipping charges).
